Returns and Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $75 within the USA!
Processing times are approximately 2-4 business days from the day it is placed. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. During any sales, this processing time can be pushed to 6-8 business days, the delivery time is on top of this time. Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as we are out of the office. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed if proper information is not provided.
Best Dressed Boutique is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. If you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you will be charged the fee from the shipping carrier to get your package back, and a second shipping fee from us to reship your package back out to you with a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier.

We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.

Due to hygienic purpose the following items will be final sale: Earrings, Leggings, Swimwear, Hair Accessories, Bandeaus, Bras, Hats, Socks and Eyewear.
All Clearances items are FINAL SALE.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you, will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with the original tags still attached. Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with any applicable tags still attached.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs.

Defects or Damaged Items:
Please inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.
